I had a dream this morning ( 21 Oct., 07) that god told me to share. I was in a public restroom washing my hands when this clamor started at the door. I finished drying my hands, and the clamor was still there so I went to the door and there was this young man on crutches.
I helped him get in and chit chatted with him for a moment before starting to leave. I asked him if there was anything else I could do. He asked me if I could wait at the door until he finished so I could help him leave. I said sure will!
Awhile later he came to the door and I held it open for him. As he got out he broke into tears and hugged me. He said I don’t get much help these days. Then I said not even from those who profess Christ.
His answer surprised me. He said out side the house of God’s I get more from the world than from them. Christians are to busy doing works for God than to offer help to me unless I break down and beg for it, which is what me having to ask for it boils down to! It’s like they can’t just offer help knowing that I can’t do some things!
Then the dream was over, but I thought that isn’t that the way it is in the religious world anymore. Out side the church building most Christians don’t even know you exist if your not in there circle of friends.
